A board does not need another list of alarms. It needs to understand what the signal means, what could stop the business, what must be decided first, and how to protect trust while responding.

I turn vulnerabilities, threats and technological exposure into priorities a board can understand. The aim is not to accumulate tools, but to protect what actually sustains the business.

Cyber intelligence

I identify signals, actors, patterns and scenarios to shorten the distance between an indication and a decision. Intelligence only creates value when it allows action beforehand.

Business continuity

I support continuity, recovery and operational resilience so an organisation can keep its mission when technology, a supplier or a critical process fails.

Crisis management

I help define who decides, with what evidence, what must stop, what must continue and how to communicate in the first hours of an incident.

Digital identity and online reputation

I analyse and protect the digital presence of leaders and organisations against disinformation, impersonation, defamation, coordinated campaigns and other threats to trust.

Conferences and executive training

I develop talks, board sessions, workshops and programmes on cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, continuity, crisis, reputation and the business impact of artificial intelligence.

Anticipate, decide, contain, recover and learn. Five steps so that technology becomes a leadership decision again.

01 · Anticipate

Turn a signal into a question someone with authority can use this week, not another alert nobody reads.

02 · Decide

Set an owner, a threshold and a time. A board does not govern an incident if nobody knows who can stop production.

03 · Contain

Isolate what is compromised without destroying evidence or, in panic, shutting down the operation that can still be sustained.

04 · Recover

Restoring systems is not enough. Payments, service, suppliers and the ability to explain what happened must also be recovered.

05 · Learn

Close the cycle with a lessons note that changes the plan. Minutes that are filed are not learning.
