On 21 September 2024, MundoUR published an intervention by Rafael Núñez Aponte, director of MásQueSeguridad, in the framework of Fitelven and Unión Radio. The axis is not an isolated attack: it is organisational cyber resilience and the use of artificial intelligence in defence.
Núñez insists on a change of criterion: while cybersecurity is accounted as an expense, the organisation arrives late. He compares defence to an immune system: threats that are not always visible must be anticipated, and a team, not only a licence, must be sustained.
