Social impact
Fundasitio was created in 2014 as the social arm of Rafael Núñez Aponte’s technological career. Its purpose is to help foundations and non-profit organisations join the digital environment, build identity and sustain their causes.
Fundasitio’s work is oriented toward digital inclusion, visibility and communication tools for non-profit organisations. A beneficiary figure provided by the principal remains pending as to unit and period, and is not presented here as an audited statistic.
Featured project
On 13 April 2022 a Fundasitio release was published on Yahoo Finance through ACCESS Newswire, on digital inclusion and El Rinconcito Soñador. It is not a five-star rating by the outlet: it is verifiable coverage of the foundation’s work.
The 2017 institutional report lists at least 37 organisations that benefited from Fundasitio. The book Corazones con Voluntad gathers 33 organisations in its editorial record. They are not the same list.
