This site does not create user accounts or store security incidents. The contact form requests name, organisation, role, professional email, country and a message.

That data is used only to respond to the request. It is not sold. Passwords, banking data or confidential details of an incident are not requested.

The form sends the message to this site’s server, which delivers it to contacto@rafaelnunezaponte.com. Passwords and confidential incident details are not requested. Technical controls are described in the security posture.

There is no third-party analytics embedded on this site. Conversion events are recorded locally in the browser — and in dataLayer if it already exists — to measure clicks to contact, books and the press kit, without the content of the message. That is not an installed measurement platform, nor proof that an email was received.

The rna_locale cookie lasts one year and stores the language preference. The form uses sessionStorage as a local control against repeated submissions. Both purposes are functional, not advertising.
