Late 1990s–2001
Beginnings in hacker culture
He begins his involvement with hacker culture and the study of computer security. His later career covers information protection, risk management and the direction of technology initiatives.
2002–2004
Cybersecurity specialist at CANTV
He works as a cybersecurity specialist at CANTV, Venezuela’s telecommunications company.
2006–2009
CISO in the banking sector
During this period he holds the post of director of Information Security —Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)— at Bolívar Banco and Banpro.
2008
IV Conferencia Internacional Antilavado de Dinero
He takes part as a speaker on cyberterrorism and digital threats in the context of the financial sector.
2010
Founding of MásQueDigital
He founds MásQueDigital, a firm dedicated to communication, positioning and the digital reputation of people and organisations.
2014
Creation of Fundasitio
He creates Fundasitio to support non-profit organisations through digital presence, visibility and communication tools.
2017
Launch of the MásQueSeguridad brand
MásQueSeguridad begins its course as a brand specialised in cybersecurity.
2022
Books and public writing
He publishes La Luz de los Ángeles. Fundasitio publishes Corazones con Voluntad. He takes part in ISEC Infosecurity, held at the JW Marriott. Fundasitio develops Proyecta, El Rinconcito Soñador, Lottus and Emplosión.
2023
Presentations of his books
He presents Corazones con Voluntad on 14 April at Hacienda La Trinidad and La Luz de los Ángeles at the 14th Feria del Libro de Caracas.
2024–2025
Conferences, social training and culture
He takes part in FICPLA 2024 and 2025 and delivers the webinar “Prevención digital para líderes sociales” for Fundación Empresas Polar. He promotes Nexus Cultural in Los Palos Grandes, Caracas.

Columns on cybersecurity and leadership
He publishes columns on cybersecurity, technological risk and business decisions in Computer Weekly en Español. His public writing also includes Radar Cibernético.
